Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These are the terms for buying and using Sonault, the macOS sound-effects library. They're written to be read.
Who we are
Sonault is developed and operated by GF TECH TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 41.587.586/0001-10("we", "us"). You can reach us anytime at hello@sonault.com.
Your license
Buying Sonault gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on up to 3 Macs at the same time, signed in with your account email. You can move a seat to a new Mac anytime from inside the app. One purchase includes all 1.x updates.
Payment and refunds
Payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe. If Sonault isn't for you, email hello@sonault.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund you — no forms, no questions. A refund or chargeback ends the license.
Your content, your responsibility
Sonault is a tool, like a screen recorder: it imports audio you point it at. You are responsible for having the rights to the audio you import and for complying with the terms of the sites you import from. Sonault does not grant you any rights to third-party content.
Fair use of the service
Don't share accounts to dodge the device limit, resell access, or attack the licensing service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service; we'll always try to talk to you first.
Warranty and liability
Sonault is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't warrant it will be error-free, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we update this page and the date above. Questions? hello@sonault.com.
